About Me
I,Manas Chakraborty, joined the institute in 2005 as lecturer, then redesignated as Asst Prof & subsequently promoted to Professor from January 2017. Presently I am acting as HOD Pharm Biotech.I have guided more than 30 PG students in Pharmaceutics & Pharm Biotech & presently guiding 4 Ph.D students under MAKAUT & Techno University.Before joining this Institute I worked as QA officer under Ministry of Defence for 15 years.. I have more than 20 publications including National & International,1 international book chapter& 2patents till date.I had completed my Ph.D from this institute in 2013. My primary motto is to excel in technological advancement in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology.
