About Me
I work as an Assistant Professor in CIPT & AHS, West Bengal, India. I have more than 2 years of experience in teaching and 1 year experience in research and 7 years of experience in Biopharmaceuticals and biosimilars industry. I have 1 research paper at National level. My research area is monoclonal antibody production against lung adenocarcinoma using mammalian cell culture. My interests are in CAR-T cells; CRISPR; Flow Cytometry; ecDNA; ctDNA. I successfully supervised one Masters degree student on her project titled Development of a Method for Detection of Escherichia coli using PCR-ELISA in Room Temperature & Refrigerated Bovine Milk. I am currently supervising two Masters degree students on transformation of E. coli using vectors for expression of lipase and thermostable amylase genes sourced from Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus stearothermophilus respectively.
